Re-processing

Plasterboard and gypsum products are 100% recyclable. The members of GRAUKI are committed to the responsible treatment of plasterboard and gypsum waste thus diverting it from landfill in favour of sustainable end uses. There are many applications currently employed for re-processed gypsum with more still to be adopted.

Plasterboard waste is pre-sorted to remove contaminants ​

Maufacturers off-spec plasterboard.

Gypsum is re-processed to conform to industry standard specifications (PAS109).

The process also conforms to the quality protocol.
